On the blog today, we have Cait from Hey Honey Devotions. Cait’s TikTok account recently captivated the hearts of women when she shared about the importance of guarding your heart. A link to the video is below.
I was so inspired by Cait’s transparency, that I knew she had to be on the blog.

Tell us about yourself?
My name is Cait Windsor! I am a social media expert, wife, mom, and creator of Hey Honey Devotions.
What is your brand and what is its mission?
@HeyHoneyDevotions is a social media page on Tik Tok and Instagram which is filled with positivity, scriptures, and daily devotions for women.
My mission is to be sunshine in the darkness, helping light the way to bring you to Jesus through an empowering network of Christian women.
What made you start your business and how does someone find you (social media, email, etc.)?
After establishing a successful marketing career, I found myself in a place where I was broken and alone. After turning to God for encouragement and strength, I created this platform to share my raw experiences in navigating my Christian journey. These are the stories which refined me to bring you @HeyHoneyDevotions.
How has your past led you to where you are today?
My career, faith, and family have led me to where I am today. I would not be as strong and confident as I am during hard challenges without the faithfulness of God to get me through it. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of knowing He is for you even in your darkest moments.
What are the key takeaways you’ve learned since starting your healing journey?
I have learned that God always makes a way to fulfill your hopes and desires. However, it must be HIS way. Every time I have succeeded, he has always been leading my path.
What do you wish someone would have told you when you were healing?
If I could go back, I would have given myself more grace about the unique challenges we face as women of God. I wish I would have known that it is okay to be a Christian who is struggling to find the right path to serve a greater purpose.
Wherever you are in your spiritual journey, my mission is simple. To be sunshine in the darkness, helping light the way to bring you to Jesus through an empowering network of Christian women.
If you are not perfect, you have found the right place. Think of me as the best friend you can vent to whenever you need a friend.
What advice or steps would you recommend for someone who may be on the same journey as you, or what services you are offering?
If you feel a calling for your life, trust in it. God will get you to your destiny in ways you could never imagine.
But most importantly, never give up!
